Rebecka does therapeutic massage as well as homebirth midwifery and yoga teaching. She is fascinated with the body's design and its ability to heal itself, given the right support. She is interested in helping you find natural, effective ways to achieve and maintain health.
In massage sessions, she uses a wide variety of technique from deep tissue to orthopedic technique to reflexology. She employs (optional) aromatherapy to help with anxiety, muscle/joint/nerve pains, digestion, circulation, and much more. She will ask a lot of questions about your usual activities (nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.) to get a clear picture of what your body needs and how best to treat you with massage.
Overall, she aims to relax the nervous system, which allows your body to heal many conditions. If the body is in "fight to flight mode", it can't function at peak performance.
